Jade Leonetti ♏️ is a systems breaker, builder, and truth-teller in the nonprofit space.
With over a decade of experience in fundraising, strategy, and leadership, she’s helped mission-driven organizations grow, often while dragging them toward the future.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from Arizona State University, but her real education came from years of working inside outdated, hierarchical orgs that said they wanted change but then rejected the women trying to make it happen.
Through Covvn, she co-leads bold development strategy for nonprofits ready to stop begging for scraps and start building sustainable futures. From major gifts and planned giving to board transformation and growth strategy, she brings structure to the chaos—but only if the mission is real and the leadership is ready.
A documentary filmmaker and writer, Jade is currently working on her first book, To All the Jobs I’ve Had Before, a raw and honest look at reinvention, identity, and the myth of linear success.
At home in Spokane, she’s a wife, a dog mom to the legendary Otis, and a DIY renovation addict who turns old houses and old ideas into something worth keeping.
